About the Role

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking to develop their career within a warehouse and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receiving, checking, and storing stock.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where applicable).
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory duties.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work different shift patterns where required.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
